Citi Dublin invites applications for a Senior Audit Manager to advance IA methodologies and learning resources. You will lead a team, collaborate with peers and executives, and shape robust risk-based assurance across the audit lifecycle.

The role emphasizes designing training materials, delivering effective programs, and partnering with IA Learning and Engagement to drive knowledge across the organization. Hybrid work model in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing, designing and supporting audit methodologies or risk frameworks.
• Proven ability to influence at senior management levels and partner with multiple functions.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in learning, training and change management within audits/risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and partner with business heads to improve audit methodology and training resources.
• Design, develop and maintain training materials across the audit lifecycle.
• Deliver training across multiple channels based on needs.
• Maintain IA methodology training, guidance, and content management processes.
• Lead medium to large projects across their lifecycle with user-centric solutions.
• Identify opportunities to add value beyond formal projects and deliver follow-ons.
• Enhance tooling that supports Methodology and Training (job aids, templates, chatbot).
• Engage IA stakeholders to align expectations and strengthen executive relationships.
• Lead remediation of methodology issues and support governance training initiatives.
• Collaborate with 1st and 2nd line risk/control functions on governance and learning.
