Job summary

Citi Dublin is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to support and evolve the Internal Audit Methodology and learning resources. You will lead training across global functions, partner with IA Learning & Development, and drive improvements in methodology guidance and assurance processes.

You will manage medium to large projects, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver practical training solutions, including tools such as job aids and templates, to strengthen risk-based assurance across Citi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.
• Experience delivering large-scale training in audit/risk domains.
• Ability to influence senior management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training across global functions, in person and virtual.
• Design and maintain audit methodology learning materials.
• Lead projects and drive process improvements within IA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to simplify and strengthen guidance.
• Develop and manage content, including job aids and templates.
