Job summary

Verde Search is partnering with a fast-growing Irish professional services firm to appoint an Audit Director / Associate Partner in Dublin. The role focuses on leading major Irish audits, mentoring teams, and shaping strategy with Partners, while driving profitability and chargeability across the portfolio.

You will bring ACA/ACCA (or RI) status, proven Irish audit leadership, and a track record of managing an Irish client portfolio.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified with Irish experience at Audit Director level (RI status preferred)
• Technically strong with up-to-date Irish audit/accounting knowledge
• Proven experience managing an audit portfolio of Irish clients
• Leadership competencies with emphasis on empowering teams

Audit Director / Associate Partner - Dublin

Verde Search is in partnership with a fast-growing professional services firm who are interested in an experienced, diligent and competent Audit Director / Associate Partner for their Irish operations. With HQ in Dublin and offices throughout the country, this role will have a focus on Dublin and Irish based Owner Managed Businesses (OMB's). Growth has continued at an average of more than 20% in the last four years and this organic growth remains robust based on strong client relationships and recommendations from industry. Salary is in the region of circa €120K + Full benefits package

Role:

• Lead some of the largest assignments and review completed files
• Commercially monitor chargeability and profitability across your portfolio
• Input on strategy, consulting with Partners on organisational development
• Mentoring your teams for technical improvements / efficiency gains

Requirements:

• ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified accountant with proven Irish experience at Audit Director level ideally with RI status (or very close to obtaining RI Status)
• Technically strong with up-to-date Irish audit and accounting knowledge
• Proven experience managing an audit portfolio of Irish clients
• Leadership competencies with an emphasis on empowering teams
