Job summary

Berkley Group in Dublin is seeking an experienced Audit Director to join a growing professional services firm. This senior leadership role manages a diverse portfolio of audit clients, works with Partners on strategy, and drives high standards of quality and client service.

You will mentor managers and senior staff, develop existing relationships, pursue new business, and collaborate across the business to deliver solutions for clients.

Audit Director Perm Role Dublin ( 4 days onsite)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Audit Director on behalf of a well-established and growing professional services organisation.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a qualified accountant with strong audit experience who enjoys working with entrepreneurial and privately owned businesses. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors and will play an important role in client development, team leadership and the continued growth of the practice.

The Role- As Audit Director, you will:

• Work closely with Partners and senior colleagues on client strategy and service delivery.
• Lead audit engagements and ensure consistently high standards of quality and professionalism.

The Candidate -We are seeking a Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience, ideally gained within a professional practice environment.
