Job summary

Pro‑Recruitment Group in Dublin is looking for an Audit Partner to support the growth of its Dublin practice. The role requires commercially minded leadership, client relationship development and oversight of high‑quality audit engagements for a diverse portfolio.

You will act as trusted adviser to boards, drive business development, and collaborate with Audit, Tax and Advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions while upholding regulatory and professional standards.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified with RI status.
• Extensive audit experience in a professional services environment.
• Proven track record of leading complex audit engagements and managing senior client relationships.
• Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards.
• Demonstrable success in business development and identifying growth opportunities.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills with a strong commercial mindset.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and market-facing leader to join a well-established team based in Dublin. Working with a diverse range of clients, from fast-growing businesses and private equity-backed organisations to established corporates and international groups, you will play a key role in developing client relationships, driving growth opportunities and contributing to the long-term success of the practice.
