Job summary

Morgan McKinley seeks an Assurance Services Consultant to join a fast-paced Customer Success team in Ireland. Post-implementation, you will partner with enterprise clients to optimize platform usage, deliver strategic guidance, and drive ongoing adoption and value.

You will lead client advisory sessions, build workflows, manage engagements within monthly hours, and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen retention and expansion across the client base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing SaaS consulting, professional services, or advisory roles.
• GRC, Third-Party Risk, or Cybersecurity experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex business needs and reverse-engineer solutions.
• Experience managing multiple consulting engagements and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Role Overview We are seeking an Assurance Services Consultant to join a fast-paced Customer Success team. In this post-implementation consulting role, you will partner directly with enterprise clients to optimize their use of the platform, deliver strategic best-practice guidance, and drive ongoing adoption and customer value.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Advisory: Deliver strategic guidance and best-practice advice to help clients scale and optimize platform adoption post-implementation.
• Strategic Working Sessions: Lead regular consulting sessions to build, enable, and refine client workflows and platform strategies.
• Partnership Building: Serve as a trusted advisor to key client stakeholders, cultivating long-term partnerships that support client retention and expansion.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer-facing SaaS consulting, professional services, or advisory roles.
• Domain Expertise: Strong preference for experience within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Third-Party Risk, or Cybersecurity space.
• Customer-Centricity: Proven ability to analyze complex business needs, reverse-engineer solutions, and optimize user experience.
• Project & Time Management: Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities, timelines, and consulting engagements concurrently.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
