Job summary

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent professional qualification and 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Significant corporate finance or transaction advisory experience in professional practice or corporate environment.
• Experience leading complex corporate finance assignments with client exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate finance assignments from origination through to reporting and completion (M&A, due diligence, valuations).
• Manage client relationships and project teams, and deliver within set timeframes.
• Develop new business opportunities and contribute to growth of the department.
• Provide senior-level client advisory and-maintain up-to-date records and proposals.
