Our client, one of Ireland’s top commercial law firms, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor at the Associate level to jointheirhighly regarded and market-leading Commercial Real Estate (CRE) team.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

• Client Management:Assist with a portfolio of client transactions and projects across various sectors.
• Collaboration:Work closely with our large CRE team and liaise with our planning, infrastructural, and energy teams.
• Legal Tasks:Handle acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant law, and provide support to the Development Finance and Corporate teams.
• Documentation:Manage general property-related work and related security documentation within the CRE team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:Minimum of 3 years qualified with a strong background in all stages of CRE transactions.
• Knowledge:Understanding of banking and security transactions and requirements.
