Job summary

Hines Ireland and Hines UK are seeking an Asset Manager based in Dublin to lead property management for a diverse portfolio including retail and mixed-use.

The role focuses on maximizing asset value through leasing, financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic execution, with reporting to owners and lenders. Candidates should have 5+ years in CRE, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or quantitative streams; MBA preferred, CFA designation preferred.
• Minimum five years in commercial real estate with asset or property management experience.
• Ability to understand and articulate portfolio management concepts and work independently.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver asset management services for assigned assets and maximize value.
• Lead leasing analyses, proposals and negotiations with agents and counsel.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual property reporting for owners and lenders.
• Develop short- and long-term asset strategies, operating and capital budgets.
• Monitor operating performance and adjust plans to market conditions.
• Support capital transactions including refinancing and dispositions.
• Coordinate due diligence and integration of acquisitions.
