Job summary

OXBO is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to support the technical and commercial management of its renewable energy assets across Europe. The role focuses on MV/HV systems, asset performance, and stakeholder coordination, with exposure to a growing European portfolio.

You'll manage operational assets, oversee O&M contracts and PPAs, and drive budgeting and continuous improvement while upholding health, safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering desirable.
• Technical/commercial experience in renewable energy or energy infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of MV/HV electrical systems and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical and commercial performance of operational renewable assets.
• Provide oversight of MV/HV electrical systems and safety procedures.
• Act as focal point for HV/MV operational matters across the portfolio.
• Oversee contracts including O&M, PPAs and asset management services.
• Manage relationships with service providers, grid operators, contractors and stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, Opex management and performance improvements.
• Promote Health, Safety and Environmental compliance across assets.

We are partnered with a renewable energy investment fund and asset owner with an operational portfolio of Solar, BESS and Onshore Wind assets across Europe.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Senior Asset Manager to support the technical and commercial management of operational assets, with a strong focus on MV/HV systems, operational performance and stakeholder management.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage the technical and commercial performance of operational renewable energy assets
• Provide oversight of MV/HV electrical systems, supporting safe operations, switching procedures and electrical system performance
• Act as a key point of contact for HV/MV operational matters, supporting best practice across the portfolio
• Oversee key contracts including O&M agreements, PPAs and asset management services
• Manage relationships with service providers, grid operators, contractors and other stakeholders
• Support budgeting, operational expenditure management and performance improvement initiatives
• Promote high standards of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance across all assets

What you'll bring:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering desirable, or a related Engineering, Science or technical discipline
• Technical and/or commercial experience within renewable energy, power generation, utilities or other energy infrastructure environments
• Strong understanding of MV/HV electrical systems and associated operational procedures
• Previous experience managing, overseeing or coordinating HV/MV operational activities is highly desirable
• Strong commercial awareness with exposure to operational or service contracts
• Open to candidates from a more site-based background looking to move into Asset Management
