Job summary

A Dublin-based engineering consultancy is hiring a Project Manager to lead wind, solar and battery storage projects from pre-construction through construction phases. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, commercial, high-quality delivery.

Role requires 5+ years PM experience in renewable energy or infrastructure, with strong communication and organisational skills. Hybrid working and clear progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' Project Management experience.
• Renewable energy, construction or infrastructure experience.
• Knowledge of wind, solar or BESS projects.
• Experience managing construction contracts - FIDIC highly desirable.
• Understanding of the Owner's Engineer role.
• Full driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewable energy projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Act as Owner's Engineer / Project Manager for clients.
• Manage project budgets, programmes, risks and change.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams across electrical, civil, H&S and site engineering.
• Manage contractors and construction interfaces.
• Prepare and review technical and contract documentation.
• Manage construction contracts, with FIDIC experience highly desirable.
• Liaise with grid operators, contractors and key project stakeholders.
• Support clients through financial close, due diligence and project delivery.
• Lead construction meetings and provide client-facing project advice.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

The Role

You'll take the lead on the delivery of wind farms, solar PV and battery energy storage projects, primarily through the pre-construction and construction phases.
