Job summary

OXBO is seeking a Senior Development Project Manager to lead a portfolio of wind, solar and battery energy storage projects in Ireland. You will drive development from feasibility to planning, grid connection and construction readiness, coordinating across land, planning authorities and network operators.

You will shape business cases, budgets and progress reports for senior management, mentor junior team members and travel to sites across Ireland as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years' renewable energy development experience in Ireland.
• Track record delivering wind, solar or BESS projects through planning.
• Solid experience in land, planning, grid connections and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in project appraisal, due diligence and contract negotiations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate within a development team.
• Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel to sites in Ireland.

I'm working with a growing renewable energy developer in Ireland looking to bring an experienced Senior Development Project Manager into their team.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of wind, solar and battery energy storage projects, playing a key role in progressing projects from early-stage development through planning consent, grid connection and ultimately towards construction.

You'll be joining an experienced development team with a strong track record of delivering renewable energy projects, with the opportunity to take real ownership of projects and contribute to the growth of the company's pipeline.

The Role

• Commercially minded, with experience in project appraisal, due diligence and contract negotiations.
• Confident managing multiple projects and working collaboratively across a development team.
• A full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites across Ireland.
