Job summary

European Tech Recruit is seeking an experienced ASIC Engineer to contribute to high-performance, low-power IP for next‑generation products. You will drive architecture, design, verification and implementation while coordinating with cross‑functional teams across hardware, software and product groups.

The role involves guiding the full ASIC lifecycle, from concept through validation, with opportunities to mentor junior engineers and influence architecture choices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with multiple years in ASIC development.
• Advanced degrees preferred for higher responsibility roles.
• Experience across ASIC design, verification, validation, or integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of digital and/or analog IP to meet performance, power, and quality requirements.
• Define architectures, circuit specs, and simulations aligned with system-level needs.
• Collaborate with hardware, software and product teams on implementation strategies.
• Oversee full ASIC development flow including high-level design, synthesis, layout, timing, and verification.
• Utilize RTL-to-GDS and Virtuoso for block/SoC or IC package design.
• Produce and review technical documentation and mentor junior engineers.
