Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Dublin seeks a Senior Specialist, Artwork Coordinator to lead end-to-end artwork changes across products and markets. You will develop and maintain project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and CMOs, and drive timely, compliant delivery of artwork updates.

The role requires a relevant qualification, 3+ years in a similar function, knowledge of packaging components and artwork software, with a strong focus

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in related field or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of packaging components and the packaging manufacturing process.
• Knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements for pharmaceutical artwork.
• Computer literate.
• Knowledge of artwork proofing software.
• Supply Chain and Planning processes experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate artwork change requests from initiation through approval and implementation, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for artwork-related activities, collaborating with Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and external manufacturing partners.
• Manage and maintain artwork records, databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate control, status visibility and reporting of artwork changes.
• Support Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) in the planning, implementation and lifecycle management of artwork changes across commercial product portfolios.
• Drive continuous improvement of artwork and change management processes, including support for investigations, CAPAs and compliance with cGMP and quality requirements.
