Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Specialist, Artwork Coordinator to manage end-to-end artwork changes and lifecycle activities for assigned products and markets within MS&T. You will develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery in compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.

You will work with Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, CMOs and service providers to maintain continuity of supply, track records, and drive process

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of packaging components and the packaging manufacturing process.
• Knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements for pharmaceutical artwork.
• Computer literate.
• Knowledge of artwork proofing software.
• Supply Chain and Planning processes experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate artwork change requests from initiation through approval and implementation, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for artwork-related activities, collaborating with Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and external manufacturing partners.
• Manage and maintain artwork records, databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate control, status visibility and reporting of artwork changes.
• Support Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) in the planning, implementation and lifecycle management of artwork changes across commercial product portfolios.
• Drive continuous improvement of artwork and change management processes, including support for investigations, CAPAs and compliance with cGMP and quality requirements.
