Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Specialist, Artwork Coordinator to manage end-to-end artwork changes and lifecycle activities across markets within MS&T. You will coordinate plans, align stakeholders, and ensure timely, compliant delivery of artwork updates to sustain supply.

The role requires collaboration with Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and CMOs to drive process improvements and metrics reporting for operational excellence in artwork.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in related field or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of packaging components and the packaging manufacturing process.
• Knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements for pharmaceutical artwork.
• Supply Chain and Planning processes experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate artwork change requests from initiation through approval and implementation.
• Serve as the primary contact for artwork-related activities with cross-functional teams.
• Manage artwork records, databases and tracking systems.
• Support CMOs in planning and lifecycle management of artwork changes.
• Drive improvement of artwork change management processes.
