Sigmar Recruitment seeks an Architectural Technologist for a Dublin-based studio to lead technical design on large residential developments (200+ to 1000+ units) from concept through construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist, ideally with residential projects or large-scale technical works.
• Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and local planning processes.
• Proven ability to run projects from design through to completion, including site inspections and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with Revit and adept at multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical designs for large-scale residential developments and coordinate from concept to construction.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain project momentum and compliance.
• Lead site inspections, track progress, and manage project documentation.
• Oversee schedules and provide regular stakeholder updates to support leadership opportunities.

• Focus on delivering large-scale residential developments (200+ to 1000+ units), leading technical aspects from concept to construction completion.
• Prepare and coordinate high-quality technical designs, ensuring full compliance with Irish Building Regulations and planning standards.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, building strong relationships and maintaining project momentum.
• Oversee site inspections, monitor progress, manage project documentation, and drive smooth project delivery.
• Manage schedules, ensure stakeholder updates, and support opportunities to advance your leadership capabilities.

What Skills You Need as Architectural Technologist

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist, ideally with residential project experience or related large-scale technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, local planning processes, and construction detailing.
• Proven ability to run projects from initial design through to completion, including site inspections and stakeholder management.
• Skilled with Revit and confident in multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
