Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is assisting an established architectural firm in Dublin to appoint a Senior Architectural Technologist. You will lead technical delivery for data centre and life sciences schemes, coordinating multi-discipline teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

We seek an 8+ year veteran with Revit expertise and strong leadership. Expect to drive high-value projects with growth potential within a quality-driven, ISO-certified environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist delivering large-scale commercial, data centre, or life sciences projects in Ireland.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software.
• In-depth knowledge of Irish construction methods and Building Regulations.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills for coordinating multiple complex projects.
• Direct experience in data centre or life sciences project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of data centre and life sciences projects in Dublin and across Europe, from site delivery through to handover.
• Prepare detailed drawings, technical documents, and comprehensive project specifications to meet client and regulatory standards.
• Oversee and coordinate all technical aspects of projects ensuring compliance with Irish Building Regulations and quality protocols.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants and stakeholders, managing technical queries and supporting project progress.
