About Your New Job as an Architectural Technologist
- Collaborate closely with architects and other building professionals to deliver exceptional project outcomes.
- Take responsibility for preparing accurate technical drawings, specifications, and compliance documentation for a range of projects.
- Ensure construction information is comprehensive and coordinated to support building procurement and on-site delivery.
- Apply a thorough understanding of RIAI work stages to each phase of your projects.
- Contribute to internal and client presentations by producing clear and effective documentation.
- Take an active role in project meetings and reviews, sharing your technical insights with the team.
What Skills You Need as an Architectural Technologist
- Qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
- 3/5 years' relevant experience in a professional setting.
- Solid knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, with the ability to apply them confidently in practice.
- Sharp eye for detail, ensuring quality across all project stages from design through to construction.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable working collaboratively and presenting your ideas.
- Experience using Revit in a professional context.
- Positive, proactive approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
