Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Architect in Ireland to lead significant healthcare and education projects from concept through construction. You will coordinate technical designs and ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, acting as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors and project teams.

The role requires extensive experience, leadership in multi-disciplinary environments, and strong skills in site inspections, documentation, and procurement

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience as a Project Architect.
• Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and planning processes.
• Experience delivering projects through all work stages including site inspections.
• Proven leadership in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholder management.
• Contract administration and public sector procurement familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant healthcare projects from concept design through to construction.

What Skills You Need As Senior Project Architect,

• Minimum 10 years' experience as a Project Architect, ideally with a strong background in healthcare projects.
• Expert-level understanding of Irish Building Regulations, planning processes, and construction detailing.
• Proven record in delivering projects through all work stages, including site inspections and stakeholder management.
• Outstanding communication and coordination abilities, especially in multi-disciplinary environments.
• Skilled in local authority approvals and contract administration, including public sector procurement.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing project teams and driving project delivery.
