Job summary

Reddy Architecture & Urbanism in Dublin is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to lead the detailed design and construction phases of projects, ensuring compliance with Building and Statutory Regulations.

You will mentor junior team members, coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors, and deliver medium-to large-scale residential projects across Ireland, with strong emphasis on quality control and practical Revit-based detailing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• 2–5 years of professional experience delivering medium-to large-scale residential projects in Ireland.
• RIAI Architectural Technologist Member, or equivalent European qualification.
• Strong working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and their practical application.
• Exceptional attention to detail across design and construction phases.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of assigned projects, working closely with the Project Lead.
• Prepare and coordinate statutory submissions, tender documentation, detailed drawings, schedules, specifications, and construction packages.
• Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and specialist teams.
• Collaborate with engineers and other design professionals to ensure cohesive project development.
• Maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout all project stages.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and address technical queries as they arise.
• Support and mentor junior team members as part of their professional development.

• Strong working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and their practical application.
• Exceptional attention to detail across both design and construction phases.
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
