Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Senior Architect, Enterprise Agentic Automation in Ireland. You will lead the design and delivery of agentic automation initiatives, shaping scalable workflows and value realization across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to translate discovery into epics, define acceptance criteria, and drive architecture and delivery improvements in an AI-first environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical consulting.
• Engineering background in Java/JavaScript or equivalent.
• Experience delivering solutions for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of agentic automation initiatives from discovery to production.
• Lead workshops with process owners to assess workflows and baselines.
• Translate requirements into epics, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
• Design solutions aligned with reference architecture and patterns.
• Coordinate delivery with engineers, manage priorities and risks.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment and track measurable value.
