Job summary

Jobgether in Ireland seeks an Applied AI Engineer to design and build agentic systems and production AI workflows. You will develop core infrastructure for memory, context, tool-calling, and orchestration, with strong emphasis on reliability, observability, and scalable architecture.

You will work with product and operations teams to identify automation opportunities, advance LLM-driven workflows, and drive architectural decisions as an early member of the engineering team.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production experience.
• Experience building production AI or agentic systems.
• Understanding of reliability, latency, context management, and observability.
• Knowledge of agent architectures, tool use, context management, and orchestration.
• Experience with modern LLMs and probabilistic AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience with coding agents in daily development.
• Ability to split tasks across multiple agents and validate outputs.
• Architectural judgment to balance AI models, deterministic software, and humans.
• Experience with TypeScript/Node.js or Python in TS-first env.
• Fluency in English; strong collaboration.
