Job summary

Global Professional Consultants in Dublin city seeks an experienced Architect (RIAI/RIBA) to join their award-winning studio. You will contribute to residential, commercial, retail, mixed-use, educational, and civic projects, delivering medium to large-scale developments with strong design and technical skills.

The ideal candidate holds RIAI or RIBA registration, over 5 years post-graduation experience, and proficiency in Revit, with eligibility to work in Ireland.

• Proven track record on medium to large-scale developments (mixed-use, residential, commercial)
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Ability to work in Ireland and comply with current building regulations

Job description

An award winning and highly commended architectural design studio in Dublin city is seeking to recruit an experienced Architect (RIAI / RIBA) to the team. They have an ever-growing project portfolio across all project typologies including residential, commercial, retail, mixed-use, educational, industrial and civic of varying scales.

This is a great opportunity for a Registered Architect to be part of a collaborative studio team working alongside talented Architects and Architectural Technologists, delivering projects across Ireland. The successful Architect will have the opportunity to contribute to significant projects, gain experience and to progress their career.

The ideal candidate must be an RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect with at least 5 years’ post‑graduation experience and have proven success participating in medium or large-scale developments.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Hold professional membership to RIAI or RIBA
• Ideally have in excess of 5 years’ architectural experience, of which a some have been gained in Ireland or the UK
• Previous experience across medium to large scale mixed-use, commercial or residential developments is highly advantageous
• Strong design ability and technical skills
• Good organisational skills and diligent approach to work
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• A working knowledge and experience delivering projects in line with current building regulations
• Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland
