Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants seeks an Architect / Project Architect in Kildare to own projects from concept to completion. You will lead design, delivery, and client liaison across Residential, Healthcare, Education, Commercial, and Retail sectors.

The role requires RIAI or RIBA registration, strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, and up-to-date knowledge of Irish regulations. Hybrid working options and parking are provided.

Qualifications

• Professional registration with RIAI or RIBA.
• Minimum 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Experience in residential and/or healthcare projects is desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Excellent design and technical skills; knowledge of Irish building regulations.

Architect / Project Architect (Kildare) A long established and growing architectural studio in Kildare, is seeking an experienced RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Architect looking to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion while working across a diverse portfolio of high-quality developments. The role would particularly suit Architects based in Kildare, the Midlands, or surrounding counties who are seeking to reduce the commute. As Architect / Project Architect, you will lead projects through all stages of design and delivery, ensuring client requirements are met while maintaining compliance with current regulations and industry best practice. The successful candidate will combine strong design ability with technical expertise, project leadership experience, and commercial awareness.Projects currently include Residential, Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Retail andFit-out projects.

Key Requirements

Professional registration with RIAI or RIBA Minimum 5+ years' post-qualification architectural experience Proven track record of delivering projects from inception through to completion on site Experience in residential and/or healthcare projects is highly desirable Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Excellent design and technical skills Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and industry standards Effective communication, leadership, and organisational abilities Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills Full eligibility to work in Ireland is essential
