Senior Application Registry Officer (BBBH11294) Republic of Ireland

Salary: EUR58477 - EUR58477 per annum + 30 days AL + Bank Holidays

Unijobson behalf of our public sector client currently have a requirement for a suitably skilledSenior Application Registry Officer.

This is atemporaryposition; the initial contract duration isfor12 monthswith the possibility of extension thereafter. This location for this position is flexible (must be in Ireland) and is also working off ahybrid model, and you must be able to attend meetings when required.

Based off a35-hour work weekthe successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and will be paid anhourly rate of€32.02based off anannualised salary of €58,477.00and willaccrue 30 days’ annual leaveper year along withpublic holidays.

Principal duties and responsibilities

  • Manage Staff responsible for Data Entry, Engagement and Analytics
  • Populate and maintain data in Application Registry
  • Validate and Manage Data from various Sources
  • Contribute to Process Development with ICT Stakeholders
  • Develop good customer relationships through excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date service support documentation.
  • Assist in the prioritisation of daily workload to ensure that users receive sufficient and timely support.
  • Establish with the designated Line Manager agreed objectives for the performance of the functions for which he/she is responsible.
  • Work with external partners in a proactive and efficient manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of operations procedures and standards.
  • Report to senior managers on any issue that could significantly impact the business and perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Utilise the service desk call tracking system as appropriate.
  • Support the life cycle management of Applications and other standard processes.
  • Comply with ICT and security policies and practices.
  • Carry out functions / duties as assigned by the line manager.
  • Demonstrate pro-active commitment to all communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders as relevant to this role.
  • Experience of contributing to the planning and delivery of project tasks and activities
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Successful Candidates will be responsible for specific functions with Application Registry
  • Data Analytics which will involve ensuring reliable and accurate data that will encompass various aspects such as accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, and relevance. Power BI Reporting skills desirable.
  • Test Management including User Acceptance Testing involving Production and Test environments. Testing on all functionality and data alignment and Maintenance of the Issue Log – reporting, documenting and UAT any bugs or new functionality needed for the Application Registry.
  • Management of staff and day to day operational activities within the Application Registry Service
  • Stakeholder Engagement maintaining relationships with various ICT and Business Stakeholders and achieving efficiencies through Continual Service Improvements

  • Access to appropriate transport is essential to fulfil the duties of the role as the post may involve travel
  • Must have a third level education qualification
