BCMGlobal ASI Ltd in Ireland invites applications for a Senior Analyst to coordinate loan administration deliverables across mandates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SLAs. You will support operations, prepare reports, and contribute to policy development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial services.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Results-focused with a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
• QFA qualification or progress towards obtaining a QFA is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliverables and contractual obligations across the mandate, ensuring accuracy and SLA timelines.
• Guide and support team members on operational processes and best practices.
• Ensure tasks comply with internal policies and Central Bank regulations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve processes.
• Assist in preparing internal and external reports.
• Assist in developing and maintaining internal policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate operational issues, risks, and control deficiencies.
• Participate in projects and system enhancements affecting loan administration.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and third-party providers.
