- Analyze mortgage processes, products and journeys to identify improvements.
- Conduct business, process, and cost analysis to support decisions.
- Investigate problems, perform root-cause analysis, propose solutions.
- Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
- Document requirements, user stories, flows and specs.
- Create current-state and future-state process maps.
- Collaborate with business, operations, compliance and tech teams.
- Prepare presentations and executive summaries for reviews.
- Support impact assessments, gap analysis, UAT planning and change activities.
- Bridge business and technology to ensure delivery of requirements.
