BCMGlobal ASI Ltd in Ireland invites applications for a Senior Analyst to coordinate loan administration deliverables across mandates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SLAs. You will support operations, prepare reports, and contribute to policy development in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate deliverables and contractual obligations across the mandate, ensuring accuracy and SLA timelines.
• Guide and support team members on operational processes and best practices.
• Ensure tasks comply with internal policies and Central Bank regulations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve processes.
• Assist in preparing internal and external reports.
• Assist in developing and maintaining internal policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate operational issues, risks, and control deficiencies.
• Participate in projects and system enhancements affecting loan administration.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and third-party providers.

What you’ll do

The Senior Analyst will be involved in the following activities:

• Coordinate operational deliverables and contractual obligations across the mandate ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within agreed SLA timelines
• Provide guidance and support to team members on operational processes and best practices where required
• Perform all tasks in compliance with internal policies, procedures and Central Bank Codes and regulations
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and improve existing processes
• Assist in the preparation of internal and external reports
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of internal policies, procedures, and training materials
• Identify, investigate, and escalation operational issues, risks, and control deficiencies as appropriate
• Participate in projects, system enhancements, and change initiatives impacting loan administration activities
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and third-party service providers

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of 3/5 years’ experience within the financial services industry
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Results-focused with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
• QFA qualification or progress towards obtaining a QFA is desirable
