Job summary

Alter Domus in Ireland seeks a senior professional to own reconciliations and daily/monthly reporting for clients and internal teams. You will handle daily cash flow preparation and bank reconciliation, and serve as the primary contact for external counterparties.

You will manage credit fund lifecycle events, coordinate with clients to ensure timely deliverables, oversee junior staff and training, and drive process improvements to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a business or financial service role.
• Experience mentoring, managing workloads and training of team members.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of reconciliations and reporting packages for clients and internal teams.
• Daily cash flow preparation and reconciliation against bank statements and custodians.
• Act as primary contact for external counterparties including fund custodians and investment managers.
• Manage credit fund lifecycle events and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients and ensure team is aware of daily deliverables and expectations.
• Oversee junior staff and training of team members.
• Implement process improvements and ensure final delivery of solutions.
• Develop a big-picture view of daily portfolio reporting tasks and client delivery.
