EirTrade Aviation Ltd. is seeking a Senior Technical Records Specialist to lead reviews of aircraft and engine records during asset acquisitions, leases and parts trading. The role operates within a global asset services and trading company committed to aviation lifecycle excellence.

Based in Rathcoole, Co Dublin, the candidate will join a growing team focused on accuracy, regulatory compliance, and high-quality technical documentation for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Aircraft/Engine Technical Records within an airline, lessor or technical service provider.
• Engineering degree or Aircraft Maintenance License.
• Experience with technical records, Chapter 05 life limits, LLP BTB trace, aircraft status reports.
• Knowledge of current commercial aircraft and engines and airworthiness regulations (EASA/FAA/CAA).
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Review aircraft and engine records during asset acquisitions, sales or leases to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Prepare component trace packs including back-to-birth files for life-limited parts or components.
• Research and prepare the commercial trace of aircraft and engine components and organize documents.
• Review customer documentation for accuracy and communicate with sales/end users to close issues.
• Maintain open items list (OIL) and provide weekly reports to senior management.
• Develop tools to improve analysis and tracking of records and projects.
• Conduct physical inspection of parts when requested by operations.
• Engage with Operators, OEMs and customers as required.
• Explain technical information via presentations and written reports.
• Daily management of technical email and requests; mentor junior staff.
