Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking a Technical Records Specialist to join the Shannon team. The role focuses on reviewing engine-related paperwork, ensuring compliance with OEM and airworthiness standards, and maintaining accurate records in various databases.

The successful candidate will liaise with lessors, customers and technical consultants, manage documentation file structures, and support MSD package creation. A hybrid working model is available after probation.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in aviation records or related field.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance manuals and airworthiness rules.
• Proficiency with MS Office and documentation systems.
• Willingness to travel for work and training.
• Ability to work autonomously with accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation for compliance with OEM and airworthiness standards.
• Maintain and update records in IT systems and databases.
• Create and manage MSD packs and documentation file structures.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors and internal teams to close open issues.
• Prepare weekly tracker reports and participate in stakeholder calls.
• Verify Life Limited Parts (LLP) and BtB reviews with external parties.
