Job summary

Ryanair is recruiting a Continuing Airworthiness Records Lead Engineer in Dublin to head a team ensuring the ongoing airworthiness of the fleet. You will manage technical records, coordinate with maintenance and engineering, and drive improvements in digital documentation and data integrity across the organisation.

The role requires strong leadership, sound knowledge of AMOS, and the ability to influence multiple departments while ensuring compliance with EASA Part M/Part 145.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent engineering qualification.
• Previous AMOS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Records team under the Continuing Airworthiness umbrella.
• Ensure all records relating to operation and maintenance are reviewed, reported, controlled and archived per EASA Part M/Part 145.
• Update aircraft and component records in AMOS and ensure timely transmission of record changes.
• Verify hours and cycles in AMOS and correct discrepancies as needed.
• Support ACAM and ARC inspections and generate Monthly Utilisation Reports.
• Oversee setup of new aircraft, assigning Airworthiness Documents and Maintenance Checks in AMOS.
