Job summary

Dolby Cloud Solutions in Ireland is seeking an AI Systems Architect to define the core architecture for data and integrations enabling AI-driven workflows across business units. You will shape the shared infrastructure, manage credentials, and collaborate with engineering to scale platform capabilities.

You will drive secure, observable, and operable systems, standing up hosting for agents and automations while ensuring reliable data flows across CRM, billing, support, and product usage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production software with AI-assisted tools.
• Experience making architectural decisions and setting standards.
• Strong in Python or TypeScript/Node.js, and adaptable.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture of the shared data/integration layer and standards.
• Build data and integration layer enabling AI agents across functions.
• Integrate with SaaS APIs and manage credentials.
• Collaborate with product engineering on infrastructure and platform capabilities.
• Stand up hosting for agents and automations, moving to production.
• Ensure security, observability, and operability across systems.
