Job summary

Accenture in Ireland seeks an experienced AI/LLM Architect to design end-to-end AI platform architectures for enterprise-scale solutions. You will own the technical design across AI systems, ensuring security, observability, governance, and performance, while guiding cross-functional teams of data engineers, ML engineers, and developers.

You will drive multi-agent system design, memory services, data pipelines for fine-tuning and RAG, and shape model adaptation strategies.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing & deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions (agentic, generative and classical AI/ML).
• Experience in architecting and operationalizing LLM-driven application architectures.
• Strong coding experience in Python and ML/NLP techniques.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into a technical vision with strong NFRs for performance, reliability, and cost.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to align on feasibility and project scope.
• Architect multi-agent systems with MCP Control Plane and define the Agent Registry and AI Gateway.
