Job summary

Fin is seeking Senior Product Engineers to join the AI Group and build Fin's AI-powered products. You will work with ML Scientists and product teams to define ML features and rapidly move prototypes into customers' hands.

This product‑focused team ships to production quickly, collaborates across product and design, and mentors engineers while raising standards for performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience shipping high-quality products.
• No ML experience required; strong software engineering skills can be effective immediately.
• Demonstrated impact in prior work.
• Strong fundamentals; willingness to learn ML on the job.
• Proficiency in a high-level language (Ruby/Python/JavaScript).

Responsibilities

• Build the systems powering Fin's flagship AI products (ML Python stack and Rails app).
• Collaborate with ML Scientists to bring proof-of-concept code to production.
• Partner with product teams to shape the best AI-powered product experiences.
• Contribute to ideation, prototyping, implementation and testing.
• Play an active role in hiring, mentoring, and developing other engineers.
• Raise the bar for technical standards, performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
