Job summary

RWS seeks a Senior AI Engineer to define technical direction and shape core AI platforms at enterprise scale. You will drive reliability, scalability, and production readiness of AI-powered systems, operating across research, software engineering, and testing.

You will lead architecture decisions, build reusable SDKs, define evaluation strategies, and mentor engineers while collaborating with product, localization, and research teams to deliver impactful AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering delivering production systems.
• Proficiency in Python or a similar language.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and ML systems.
• Experience designing evaluation for AI/ML systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-team influence.

Responsibilities
