Job summary

RWS is seeking a mid-level product-focused engineer to join our TrainAI team in Dublin, Ireland. You’ll own features end-to-end—design, build, ship, and iterate—working with AI agents while applying strong product judgment.

This fast-paced, AI-native group values ownership and collaboration across engineering, design, data, and product to deliver impactful results. You’ll mentor peers, influence technical direction, and help scale AI-driven development across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering experience with autonomy in shipping products.
• Deep fluency with AI development tools and agentic workflows; able to master new tooling quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own products end-to-end: define problems, shape solutions, ship, and iterate.
• Use AI coding agents and agentic workflows as the main execution method and set patterns for the team.
• Make design and architectural calls with minimal guidance and defend trade-offs.
• Talk to users, translate insights into features, decide what to build.

Training or fine-tuning artificial intelligence (AI) requires data. LOTS of data. However, not just any data will do – our clients need responsible AI data that’s targeted, accurate and reliable to ensure machine learning (ML) success. Job Purpose

We’re looking for a mid-level product focused engineer to join our team.

You’ll own features and small products end-to-end—design, build, ship, iterate—using AI tools as your primary means of execution. You’ll be working with AI agents but bringing your own product judgment to every decision. We move fast because AI multiplies what one engineer can do, and this role is built for that.

Responsibilities

• Own products end-to-end: define the problem, shape the solution, ship it, and drive iteration based on real user behavior
• Use AI coding agents and agentic workflows as your primary means of execution—and establish patterns others on the team adopt
• Make design, UX, product, and architectural calls with minimal guidance, and defend the trade-offs
• Talk directly to users, translate insights into shipped features, and decide what's worth building
• Build the feedback loops—analytics, evals, monitoring—that determine whether the product is succeeding
• Mentor other engineers on product thinking and effective AI-driven development
• Influence the team's technical direction and how it adopts AI tooling

Requirements

• 6+ years of engineering experience, including shipping products with significant autonomy
• Deep fluency with AI development tools and agentic workflows, or a demonstrated ability to master new tooling fast and teach it
• Strong product sense: you consistently make good calls about what to build and why
• Comfort operating with full ownership and ambiguity—you set the plan rather than wait for one
• Ability to work fluently across the entire stack and across disciplines (engineering, design, data, product)
• Track record of driving outcomes, not just output

Nice to have

• Founder, founding-engineer, or solo-builder experience
• Background spanning multiple roles (engineer + designer, or engineer + PM)
