Pfizer is seeking a Digital Operations Agentic Lead – Senior Manager to architect and scale agentic AI across its manufacturing network. You will partner with manufacturing sites, Digital Manufacturing, Data & Analytics, Engineering and Quality to translate operational challenges into scalable digital products and intelligent agent experiences that augment human expertise and drive IMEx value realization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or equivalent.
• Significant experience in manufacturing or regulated operations (pharma/biotech/medical devices) including knowledge of MES, historians, LIMS and integration patterns.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, performance mgmt and team development.
• Strong product and project management skills with end-to-end delivery ownership across business and IT/OT.
• Experience defining and delivering AI-enabled products (copilots, decision support, agents) translating needs into measurable outcomes.
• Experience operating within formal quality systems and change control with strong documentation discipline.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at multiple levels, including site leadership and global partners.
• Entrepreneurial approach to product delivery: bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, proven path from concept to adoption.

Aufgaben

• Define agentic product strategy, roadmap, adoption and value realization for manufacturing AI experiences.
• Lead workshops, discovery activities, pilots, demos and feedback cycles with manufacturing stakeholders.
• Own governance, guardrails and human-in-the-loop oversight for agentic products and their deployment.
• Manage lifecycle of agents from concept through deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement.
