Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Digital Operations Agentic Lead – Senior Manager to design, deliver, and scale agentic AI across the manufacturing network within the IMEx ecosystem. You will own strategy, roadmap, adoption, and value realization, partnering with sites, Digital Manufacturing, Data & Analytics, Engineering, and Quality to translate challenges into scalable digital products.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or equivalent experience.
Significant experience in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/biotech, medical devices) with knowledge of MES, historians, LIMS.
Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
Strong product and project management skills, owning roadmaps and outcomes end-to-end across business and IT/OT.
Experience delivering AI-enabled products (copilots, decision support, agents) with measurable value.

Responsibilities

Lead the definition and delivery of agentic AI experiences for manufacturing, including use cases, behaviours, and success criteria.
Prototype and test agent concepts with customers and SMEs to validate value before build.
Define governance, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop oversight for releases.
Drive the evolution of DOC into an AI-powered manufacturing intelligence platform aligned to IMEx.
Develop adoption strategies to maximize utilization and business impact across sites.
