Job summary

Accenture seeks an AI Engineer (Agentic/Applied) to design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems across the enterprise tech stack. You will work with client teams, lead technical design sessions, and deliver reusable patterns and accelerators that scale beyond engagements.

Experience shipping multi-agent systems in production, owning eval harnesses, and managing 2am failure scenarios is essential. You will engage across OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production.
• Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks at production depth (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent).
• Direct experience calling LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI) in production code.
• Strong Python; Java or equivalent backend language acceptable; production debugging and observability.
• Cloud-native engineering maturity: Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, CI/CD, IaC.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern production-grade agentic systems at enterprise scale.
• Define RAG pipeline standards and multi-LLM integration standards.
• Own LLMOps at programme scale: eval strategy, prompt governance, observability, cost controls.
• Lead client engineering engagements at senior level and publish reusable patterns.
