Pinterest is hiring a Client Account Manager in Dublin for our UK/I Team. You will manage a sophisticated book of business with large brands, serving as a trusted consultant to drive growth on the Pinterest platform.

You’ll advise on media strategy, optimization, and measurement while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong communication, data storytelling, and a proactive, collaborative mindset in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital advertising sales with high-value relationships.
• Ability to turn data into compelling stories and recommended actions.
• Proven track record of data-backed forecasting and achieving goals.
• Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, and email.
• Collaborative team player in fast-paced cross-functional environments.
• Experience with digital ad platforms and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with partners, proactively discussing campaign performance and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align partner objectives with product and marketing.
• Translate partner goals into data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Advise on media strategy, targeting, bidding, creative, and measurement choices.
• Ensure campaigns are set up optimally and performance is clearly communicated to partners.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
