Job summary

Pinterest is seeking an experienced Client Account Manager in Dublin to drive a book of business with key advertisers on the Pinterest platform. You will advise on media strategies, optimize campaigns, and translate performance data into strategic recommendations.

The role partners cross-functionally with Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, and Creative Strategy, and requires in-office collaboration 1–2 times per week from a commutable Dublin distance.

Qualifications

• Digital advertising sales experience, managing high value relationships.
• Track record of data-backed storytelling and recommendations.
• Forecasting and goal achievement expertise.
• Strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and via email.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment with technical and non-technical teams.
• Expertise in digital advertising and media sales including campaign optimisation, analytical problem solving, and product/platform knowledge.
• Technical foundation with experience in Search/Shopping/Display/Social advertising technologies.
• Demonstrates curiosity and willingness to explore AI tools to improve day-to-day productivity, including campaign setup, performance reporting, and research.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with Partners, proactively reaching out about campaign performance, optimisations, updates, and opportunities.
• Liaise between partners and internal teams to ensure objectives are met (Measurement & Insights, Performance Solutions, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, etc).
• Turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help partners succeed.
• Own the “how” conversation with advertisers to advise on media strategies across targeting, bidding models, creative, measurement, etc.
• Be an expert at Pinterest campaign best practices and communicate campaign results clearly.
• Present complex solutions in a clear and concise manner and handle objections professionally.
• Cross-sell and upsell opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to answer product-related questions or challenges.
• Pitch new performance products and campaign best practices at scale.
