Qualifications

• 4–6 years in go-to-market or consulting with forecasting or revenue ops.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across technical and commercial teams.
• Able to manage multiple workstreams in fast-changing environments.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics.

Responsabilités

• Own discovery, design, strategy, and privacy workshops across activations.
• Lead discovery workshops to surface business requirements and define configuration.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers from executive sponsor to end-user.
• Translate forecasting and pipeline practices into well-designed platform solutions.
• Develop enterprise-grade designs, process maps, and strategic roadmaps for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engagement Manager and Architects to ensure progress in lockstep.
• Consult on change management and adoption from the outset.
