Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day management of assigned client accounts and act as key contact for clients and specialist teams.
• Lead campaign setup and bookings within agency systems, including MX, ensuring budgets and timelines are maintained.
• Lead post-campaign analysis (PCA) and present client-facing reports and recommendations.
• Oversee campaign billing processes and align bookings with approved budgets.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver integrated campaigns and drive client objectives.
