Qualifications

• Proven experience in client service or media roles.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day‑to‑day management of assigned client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Lead the coordination and delivery of campaigns within timelines and budgets.
• Support development of campaign plans and strategic recommendations.
• Communicate briefs to specialist teams and ensure clarity.
• Prepare client-facing reports and manage billing processes.
• Contribute to case studies and agency thought leadership.
