SmartBear seeks an Account Executive to drive new business with technical clients in Galway, Ireland. You will build relationships, run enterprise and transactional deals, and receive ongoing training to elevate performance and advance your career.

You will consult with clients to map their applications to SmartBear software, embedding our tools into their development lifecycle and accelerating digital transformation. A competitive, uncapped commission structure supports growth.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years experience in software sales, preferably to technical teams.
• Experience selling technical solutions and running technical proofs of concept.
• Sales training on value-based selling, discovery, and MEDDICC.
• Experience meeting KPIs and carrying a quota.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter, accountable, and proactive.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Outreach is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
