Job summary

Collins McNicholas Recruitment partners with a multinational semiconductor company to hire an experienced Operations Manager for their Blanchardstown site in Dublin. You will oversee workload, capacity planning, labour efficiency and productivity, ensuring cost, delivery and quality targets are met.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive safety, environmental compliance and ISO procedures, lead a team of service leaders, manage budgets and deliver strategic analysis and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma / degree in engineering or business required.
• At least 5 years in manufacturing/operations management in technical/product environment.
• Strong leadership and people skills; capable of change management.
• Experience with vacuum technology desirable; proficient with SAP/MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service workload, capacity planning and productivity.
• Manage inventory, equipment and manpower needs.
