Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and upgrade advanced semiconductor equipment on customer sites
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues using digital tools and analytic techniques
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, vacuum, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems
- Interpret electrical and mechanical schematics to identify and fix faults
- Partner with customers to ensure equipment performance and uptime
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and processes
- Take ownership of issues and drive to resolution
