Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products.
• Strong background in Product Led Growth.
• Experience with self-service cloud services and self-service trials.
• Data-driven decisions with product adoption analytics.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Experience with globally distributed teams and asynchronous work.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for self-service cloud growth, onboarding and trial activation.
• Prioritize technical investments with engineering leads and set delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with Elastic solution teams to understand onboarding flows and trial experiences.
• Drive onboarding, activation, expansion and retention of self-service customers.
• Gather feedback from customers and trial users on the trial experience.
• Work with Sales & Marketing on competitive positioning and brand awareness.
• Drive native integrations with third-party developer platforms.
